The Counseling Center is open Monday - Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm. Please call for evening hours during the fall and spring semesters. 

The Rockhurst University Counseling Center is located in Massman Hall, Lower Level, Student Development, Room 5.

To schedule an appointment, call 816-501-4275 or see the receptionist in Massman 3. If this is an emergency, please inform the receptionist, and you will be seen by a counselor as soon as possible. Appointments typically last 45-50 minutes; some briefer (e.g., 30-minute) appointments are offered when appropriate. For the first appointment, please arrive 10 minutes early to complete the intake forms if you have not completed them online prior to arrival.

Appointment scheduling is also available online through the Rockhurst Portal. Students who have never been seen at the Counseling Center should use the New Client Appointment Request tile. Current/recent clients may use the Current Client Appointment Scheduling tile.
