The Rockhurst University Counseling Center is located in Massman Hall, lower level, student development, room 5.
Appointment scheduling is available through the Rockhurst Portal. Students who have never been seen at the Counseling Center should use the New Client Appointment Request tile. Current/recent clients may use the Current Client Appointment Scheduling tile.
To schedule an appointment, call 816-501-4275 or see the receptionist in Massman 3. If this is an emergency, please inform the receptionist, you will be seen by a counselor as soon as possible. First appointments are usually scheduled for one hour, while additional appointments last 50 minutes. For the first appointment, please arrive 10 minutes early to complete the intake forms.
The center is open Monday - Friday from 8 am - 4:30 pm. Please call for extended hours.
