All current students looking for campus housing have the option to live in either a residence hall or apply for group housing units. Access the Returning Residents Form, where you can submit your housing preferences, sign your contract (lease agreement) and find housing rates. Find more details and instructions below.
Returning Residents Application Process
1. Complete a housing application in eRezLife and select your preferred place to live. By completing this application, you are contracting University housing for the entire academic year (fall to spring). Please note: Each student must complete an individual online application, even if you wish to apply for a group living option.
2. If you are applying to live in group housing– or with a specific roommate in the residence halls - form a group, give it a unique name, and invite the other roommates to join the group using their Rockhurst email addresses. Please note: All group members must have completed their housing application to be added to a group.
3. Each individual roommate needs to confirm their roommate group membership. When membership is confirmed, you will see a green checkmark. If you wish to live in a THV or Rock Row, your group will have a group score calculated and assigned (a composite score consisting of GPA, credit hours completed, logged service hours and good conduct).
