What is a Transcript?
A transcript is a certified official copy of your permanent academic record. You are the only person authorized to request a copy of your transcript. Your written permission and original signature are required to obtain your transcript.
Request Your Transcript Online
National Student Clearinghouse is authorized to provide transcripts online. This service is available 24/7 to all current and former students but transcripts are only processed on days the University is open. Your credit card will only be charged after your order has been completed. A transcript is $10.00, plus any taxes.
Unofficial transcripts are available only to current students and are retrieved by the student through their student portal. Former students and alums do not have the option to request an unofficial transcript unless they come to campus in person.
Request Your Transcript In-Person
You may request a transcript in person at the Office of the Registrar, located in Massman Hall 109J on the Rockhurst University campus. Payment and a photo ID are required at the time of the order. A transcript costs $10.00 and can only be paid by cash or check. If paying by check, there is a 10-day wait for the check to clear. If paying by card, go to National Student Clearinghouse to order the transcript online. The processing time is two to five business days and a $25.00 fee will be assessed for same-day transcript pick-up.
