The Helzberg Executive MBA program costs include, but are not limited to:

- Nine one hour professional coaching sessions
- Online subscription to The Wall Street Journal
- Meals during class sessions and free parking permit
- Access to the Health and Recreation Center, and all other student services
Options for funding your executive education:
Corporate Sponsorship: Full or partial sponsorship by an employer. Written authorization is required to arrange direct billing to an employer.
Program Cost Reimbursement: For information regarding corporate reimbursement, you will need to contact your individual employer as reimbursement policies vary dramatically from company to company. The best place to start is usually your human resources department. Students are responsible for payment of all University tuition and fees, and for submission of documentation to their employer for any applicable reimbursement.
Student Loans: Graduate students can utilize up to $20,500 in Stafford loans through the federal government each academic year. Eligibility for Stafford loans is determined by filing the FAFSA each year. Complete your FAFSA online at fafsa.ed.gov. Additional federal government funding may be secured through Graduate Plus Loans. Private, alternative loans may also be used as a supplemental resource to pay for your executive education. Because Title IV funds generally offer more favorable terms, it is prudent to exhaust all federal funds before pursuing private loans. For specific guidelines and information about graduate school financial aid, please contact our financial aid representatives at financialaid@rockhurst.edu or 816-501-4600 or 800-842-6776.
Military Benefits: Rockhurst is proud to participate in the Yellow Ribbon program and the Post 9/11 GI Bill along with other military education programs. For more information visit rockhurst.edu/military, contact our School Certification Officers at student.accounts@rockhurst.edu or call 816-501-4175.
Payment Plan: Each semester Rockhurst students can set up an interest-free 5-month payment plan through our partner organization, Tuition Managemen Systems (TMS). TMS will access a $75 set up fee.
E-bills: Rockhurst does not mail paper bills or statements. All information is available online through our Student Account Center.
Online Bill Pay: Current students with a valid Rockhurst network account can pay online through the Student Account Center located at my.rockhurst.edu.
