The Business Administration Certificate is required for anyone seeking to complete the Helzberg MBA. This certificate includes courses in management, marketing, business intelligence and economics. This certificate is made unique by the competition of a Jesuit core values course, where you can choose from one of four courses: Leadership for Others, Spirituality and Values in Leadership, Ethical Leadership, or Corporate Social Responsibility. This is how Rockhurst brings the Jesuit culture to business. The Business Administration Certificate is 14 credit hours and can be completed online or in person.
Learning Outcomes
The Helzberg Stackable MBA is all about adding value to your education by allowing you to build and customize a degree that makes sense for your future. Certificates on their own hold value in the workforce by helping you meet your career goals sooner. You will work toward a full MBA degree by stacking two earned certificates and the foundational Business Administration Certificate.
Our faculty has developed the foundational curriculum of one of the best MBA programs in Kansas City into a stand-alone certificate – the Business Administration certificate. This and two additional specialized certificates make up the Helzberg MBA. Students earn a custom MBA with specializations in areas that are selected and flexible based on the direction you want your career to go.
