- About
Study language and culture in Oaxaca, one of the most beautiful states in Mexico, on a six-week program at the Instituto Cultural Oaxaca. Thanks to its location in the state's central valley, at an altitude of 5,000 feet (1546 meters), the city enjoys pleasant weather during all seasons. Oaxaca provides a wide range of activities, and both local and long-distance travel is convenient and inexpensive. Experience the historical ruins, mountains, jungle, rivers, waterfalls and beaches of the area.
Cost
The average program cost is $3,245 but the cost varies from year to year. This includes tuition and fees for up to nine credit hours, full board and lodging with a Mexican family, round-trip travel between KCI and Oaxaca, personal tutor, a three-day excursion to the Pacific Ocean, several tours to outlying villages, archaeological sites and one weekend in Mexico City.
