The BJC Health System/Saint Luke's discount application is only open for the Fall and Spring for traditional undergraduate students. The traditional bachelor's degree tuition rate is discounted in the summer; therefore, BJC Health System/Saint Luke’s discounts will not be available to this student group. Students enrolled in an eligible graduate program are still eligible for the BJC Health System/Saint Luke’s discount. See our Financial Aid page for more information about these discounts.

*The Parking Fee is no longer mandatory. If parking a vehicle on campus, you must opt-in and request a parking permit. The parking opt-in process can be found on your RU portal by clicking on the “Rockweb” icon and following the steps given in the student's billing email. Once you opt-in for a parking permit, you will be charged a non-refundable parking fee. You must opt-in for the parking permit each semester.
**Student health insurance rates shown are an estimate and subject to change. Full-time undergraduate and graduate students who provide proof of equivalent health insurance coverage meeting waiver requirements through an online waiver system by the established deadline will not be required to purchase the University plan (some exceptions apply). Part-time undergraduate and graduate students enrolled in four or more credit hours per semester are invited to purchase the health insurance plan as needed.
