Management MBA Concentration Ranked Among Nation’s Best
One of the Helzberg’s School of Management’s major graduate business degree programs has been recognized as one of the best in the nation, according to the 2024 Best Graduate Schools list from U.S. News and World Report.
The full-time Management MBA came in at No. 27 on the list, tied with fellow Jesuit institutions Loyola Marymount University and Loyola University Maryland. Being in that company demonstrates the continued strength of the Helzberg School of Management’s programs, said Myles Gartland, Ph.D., dean of the Helzberg School of Management and the College of Business, Influence and Information Analysis.
But it’s not just about making the list, Gartland said — this year marks the 10th straight in which the management MBA has been nationally ranked on the list. That consistency is also worth bragging about, he said.
“Standing out as a smaller program is not always easy,” he said. “Our Helzberg Management MBA has been able to earn a spot on this list for this many years, and that is a testament to the effort our faculty put forth, the quality of their instruction, and the unique ability of the Jesuit approach to form leaders who are ethical and confident in their abilities. Our students are better prepared to step into demanding roles on day one and succeed.”
According to U.S. News and World Report, the rankings are based on expert opinion about program excellence and statistical indicators that measure the quality of a school’s faculty, research and students.
