Rockhurst's professional Success Coaches are here to build your path to success!
What Is a Success Coach?
Rockhurst University success coaches work with students to listen to concerns and offer compassionate care, teach self-advocacy skills to adapt to and succeed in college life, identify obstacles and assist in strategizing solutions, and offer referrals to identified support services on campus. Success coaches also create programming and support initiatives that increase student engagement for both short-term and long-term academic success. We also have a financial success coach on staff who can help guide financial decisions, including how to pay tuition, manage spending and prepare for post-graduation.
The mission of success coaching is driven by Rockhurst's core value of “cura personalis,” or care of the whole person. Our resources are free to all RU undergraduate and graduate students.
