Biography
Matt Lineberry, Ph.D., leads and teaches in Rockhurst University's Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
Matt has an extensive background in both the science and practice of understanding and improving our workplaces. As of 2025, he has published 50 peer-reviewed journal articles, with deep expertise in workplace performance measurement, complex skill learning, teamwork, statistical methods, and related topics.
He has also worked or consulted on these topics for a wide range of organizations, including the U.S. Navy, the American Board of Anesthesiology, and the Harvard Macy Institute.
