As a student, faculty or staff member, you know best what it is like to learn, live and work at Rockhurst University. That’s why we’re counting on you to help us create and maintain a welcoming, inclusive campus environment. A place where individual abilities and differences are respected and everyone feels safe and valued. A place where everyone feels at home.
To better understand our campus environment and inform future direction on programs and policies, the University is participating in a campus climate study. We have partnered with Rankin & Associates to ensure full transparency and provide a more complete perspective. The firm has conducted more than 170 similar studies over the last 20 years, including some with other Jesuit universities.
We will be calling on you – our students, faculty and staff – to describe your personal experiences and offer suggestions for change to help enhance the RU experience for all.
