DO/MBA Purpose & Program Benefits
The DO/MBA dual-degree program successfully integrates two professional curricula. Dual-degree students complete both degrees in four years and walk across the graduation stage at Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences with other members of their class, receiving their Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine along with an MBA from the Helzberg School of Management at Rockhurst University.

DO/MBA Schedule
The MBA program schedule is carefully integrated to avoid conflicts with the student's medical school obligations.
Schedule Format
An introductory MBA class is offered in Spring of MSI. The majority of subsequent MBA course work is completed during the two summer sessions between MS-I and MS-III. All MBA classes meet online.
Board Preparation
We are mindful of how important board preparation is to medical students, thus ample time is provided to complete the board exam prior to beginning MBA classes during the second and third summer sessions.

The all-inclusive program cost for the DO/MBA class of 2026 is $39,015, which includes:
- All associated program costs and fees with 36 credit hours of graduate-level courses.
