Helzberg Management MBA Ranked No. 20 in the Nation
For the second year in a row, Rockhurst University’s Helzberg School of Management has been named one of the nation’s top graduate business schools in management, according to U.S. News and World Report rankings released Tuesday.
The Management MBA at the Helzberg School was ranked No. 20 in the 2015 Best Graduate Schools management rankings announced by the publication March 11, and was the only program in the region included in the top 20. Rockhurst tied with Washington University in St. Louis, Mo., and Ohio State University for the distinction.
Last year, the program was listed at No. 21.The rankings are largely determined by expert opinions on program excellence and statistical indicators that measure the quality of a university’s faculty, research and students.
“We’re proud that our Management MBA continues to be nationally recognized for its quality,” said Cheryl McConnell, dean of the Helzberg School of Management. “We’ve achieved this through focusing on the students, their learning experience, and the needs of the business community.”
The top Management MBA programs are Harvard University (No. 1); Stanford University (No. 2); University of Pennsylvania (No. 3); University of Michigan-Ann Arbor (No. 4); Northwestern University (No. 5); University of Virginia (No. 6); Dartmouth College (No. 7); University of California-Berkeley (No. 8); Columbia University (No. 9); University of Chicago (No. 10); Duke University (No. 11); University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill (No. 12); Massachusetts Institute of Technology (No. 13); Cornell University (No. 14); Indiana University - Bloomington (No. 14); New York University (No. 14); University of California - Los Angeles (No. 14); University of Texas - Austin (No. 14); Yale University (No. 19); Rockhurst University (No. 20); Washington University in St. Louis (No. 20); Ohio State University (No. 20).
